  • 2 tbsp Melted butter For brushing on the lobster.
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced) Enhances the flavor.
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.
  • 1 tsp Paprika For added color and flavor.
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley (for garnish) Optional, for presentation.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the lobster tails by cutting the shell down the middle.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and paprika.
  4. Brush the mixture onto the lobster meat.
Cooking
  1. Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook for 8-10 minutes, until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Don't overcook! Lobster should be opaque and firm, not rubbery. Adjust seasoning to your taste and try different garnishes like fresh chives or feta.
