Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet, shell side down.
- Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the shell down the center to expose the meat.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the lobster is cooked through and opaque.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
To save time, prepare the garlic butter mixture a day ahead. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat before serving.
