  • 2 pieces lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet, shell side down.
  6. Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the shell down the center to expose the meat.
  7. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the lobster is cooked through and opaque.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

To save time, prepare the garlic butter mixture a day ahead. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat before serving.
