  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers These add texture and flavor.
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips For coating the truffles.
  • as needed for decoration Sprinkles Use your favorite type of sprinkles.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the banana pudding mix and milk until the mixture thickens.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined and smooth.
  3. Stir in the crushed vanilla wafers until evenly distributed.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes until firm.
Coating
  1. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off.
  3. Place the dipped truffles back on the baking sheet and sprinkle with decorations before the chocolate hardens.
Serving
  1. Refrigerate the truffles until ready to serve.
  2. Serve the truffles on a festive platter or in a decorative bowl. They pair nicely with milk or coffee.

Notes

Whisk the pudding mix and milk well to avoid lumps. Use a small cookie scoop for uniform truffle balls. Allow the melted chocolate to cool slightly to prevent melting the truffles.
