Preparation
- Preheat the Oven or Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix salmon with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub it in to unleash those tasty flavors.
- Roll the seasoned salmon cubes in panko breadcrumbs for that satisfying crunch.
Cooking
- Place salmon bites on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 10-12 minutes or air-fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice for the bang bang sauce.
Assembly
- Serve the baked salmon over jasmine rice and top with shredded cabbage, carrots, avocado, green onions, and drizzle with the bang bang sauce.
Notes
These salmon bites keep well in the fridge for about 3 days. Store in an airtight container. You can prep everything but the sauce a day before!
