  • 4 oz Goat cheese Crumble over the salad
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Sliced
  • 1 medium Cucumber Sliced
  • 1 medium Red onion Sliced
  • 1 medium Avocado Diced
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts Chopped
Dressing Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and diced avocado.
  2. Crumble goat cheese over the salad.
  3. Sprinkle walnuts on top.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  6. Serve immediately as a side dish or main course.

Notes
