- Preheat your oven to the broil setting.
- Using a sharp knife, butterfly each lobster tail by cutting down the center of the shell.
- Gently loosen the meat from the shell and pull it upward, keeping it attached at the base.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, thyme, rosemary, and chopped parsley until smooth.
- Evenly spread the garlic herb butter over the exposed lobster meat.
Cooking
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the meat becomes opaque and lightly browned.
