  • 4 pieces lobster tails
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon thyme (fresh or dried)
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary (fresh or dried)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to the broil setting.
  2. Using a sharp knife, butterfly each lobster tail by cutting down the center of the shell.
  3. Gently loosen the meat from the shell and pull it upward, keeping it attached at the base.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, thyme, rosemary, and chopped parsley until smooth.
  5. Evenly spread the garlic herb butter over the exposed lobster meat.
Cooking
  1. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the meat becomes opaque and lightly browned.

Notes

Serve alongside a fresh garden salad or creamy risotto for an impressive meal. Store cooked lobster tails in the fridge for up to 2 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
