  • 6 pieces hard-boiled eggs Fresh eggs for easier peeling
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise Swap out for Greek yogurt for a healthier option
  • 1 teaspoon mustard Can add sriracha for a spicy variation
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • as needed Paprika For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  3. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For best texture, keep the filling separate from the egg whites until serving.
