- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For best texture, keep the filling separate from the egg whites until serving.
