  4. Pour the mixture into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and lightly golden.
  6. Let them cool slightly before removing from the tin. Enjoy your bites!

Notes

Store leftover Cottage Cheese Egg Bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. To reheat, microwave for a few seconds until warm. They freeze well for up to 2 months.
