Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and paprika, and season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
- Split the lobster tails lengthwise and place them in a baking dish, flesh side up.
Cooking
- Pour the garlic butter sauce over the lobster.
- Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the lobster is cooked through and opaque.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve lobster on a bed of rice or with garlic bread. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat gently in the microwave or in a pan. Make ahead by preparing the sauce a day in advance and combining when ready to bake.
