  • 2 tails lobster tails Fresh or thawed if frozen
  • 4 tablespoons butter Melted for sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced For flavoring the sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream For sauce richness
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika For a hint of spice
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and paprika, then season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and use kitchen scissors to cut down the top of the shell to expose the meat.
  5. Brush the garlic butter sauce generously over the lobster meat.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster is cooked through and opaque.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently to avoid rubbery seafood. For longer storage, freeze for up to 1 month.
