Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and paprika, then season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and use kitchen scissors to cut down the top of the shell to expose the meat.
- Brush the garlic butter sauce generously over the lobster meat.
Cooking
- Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster is cooked through and opaque.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently to avoid rubbery seafood. For longer storage, freeze for up to 1 month.
