  • 1 cup heavy cream For a lighter dish, substitute with half-and-half.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic is recommended for best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For sautéing garlic and spinach.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust based on personal preference.
  • Parmesan cheese for serving For garnishing when serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in the feta cheese followed by the cooked gnocchi.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently, adding a splash of cream if necessary.
