  • 5 cups broccoli florets Steam or blanch until just tender.
  • 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped Can be substituted with regular bacon.
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced Use leftover or rotisserie chicken.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Toast before adding for flavor.
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup ranch dressing For a lighter option, use a low-fat ranch.
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Steam or blanch broccoli until just tender, then drain well.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, broccoli, turkey bacon, garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch dressing.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the top with additional cheddar and mozzarella.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  2. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the fridge. Freeze for up to 3 months. For extra creaminess, add a splash of cream or sour cream. Pair with a side salad.
