Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Steam or blanch broccoli until just tender, then drain well.
- In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, broccoli, turkey bacon, garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch dressing.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the top with additional cheddar and mozzarella.
Cooking
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the fridge. Freeze for up to 3 months. For extra creaminess, add a splash of cream or sour cream. Pair with a side salad.
