- Coat each pork chop in the Parmesan mixture, pressing to ensure it sticks.
Cooking
- Place the coated pork chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until cooked through and golden brown.
- Let them rest, then serve with lemon wedges and fresh herbs.
Notes
For an even crispier texture, you can broil the pork chops for the last few minutes of baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
