  • 1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 medium Lemon Wedge For serving
  • to taste Fresh Herbs (Chopped parsley or basil for garnish)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Coat each pork chop in the Parmesan mixture, pressing to ensure it sticks.
Cooking
  1. Place the coated pork chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until cooked through and golden brown.
  3. Let them rest, then serve with lemon wedges and fresh herbs.

Notes

For an even crispier texture, you can broil the pork chops for the last few minutes of baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
