Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and dried herbs.
  3. Brush the pork chops with olive oil on both sides.
  4. Coat the pork chops in the Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to stick.
  5. Place the coated pork chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pork chops are golden brown and cooked through. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  2. Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
