Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the sliced kielbasa, green beans, baby potatoes, chopped onion, and minced garlic in a crockpot.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and sprinkle with garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Stir to combine all ingredients well.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender and the flavors meld beautifully.

Notes

For best texture, add green beans halfway through the cooking process to keep them crunchy. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days and frozen for up to 3 months.
