Preparation
- Hard boil the eggs: Place them in a pot, cover with water, bring to a boil, then let them simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Cool and peel the eggs: Run them under cold water and remove the shells.
- Slice the eggs in half: Scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
- Mash the yolks: Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, relish, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Dust with paprika for that extra flair. Voilà, you’re done!
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days. For meal prep, prepare the filling in advance and fill the eggs just before serving.
