- Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks and mix in mayonnaise, mustard, dill pickle relish, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Notes
Serve on a vibrant platter garnished with fresh dill. Pairs well with crunchy veggie sticks or crackers. Can be made ahead of time and last for 3-5 days in the fridge.
