  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise Can be substituted with avocado for a healthier option.
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish Substitute with finely chopped pickles or jalapeƱos if desired.
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • as needed Paprika For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  2. In a bowl, mash the yolks and mix in mayonnaise, mustard, dill pickle relish, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.

Notes

Serve on a vibrant platter garnished with fresh dill. Pairs well with crunchy veggie sticks or crackers. Can be made ahead of time and last for 3-5 days in the fridge.
