Preparation
- Add 1 cup of white candy melting wafers to a disposable piping bag. Microwave in 1-minute intervals at 50% power until completely melted.
- Place 1 of each color pastel colored M&Ms into each cavity of the bunny silicone pan. It’s okay if some are flat and others are on their sides; just fill them in.
- Snip off the tip of the piping bag. Pipe the melted bright white candy melts into each cavity, just barely covering the M&Ms. Tap the pan gently to help the candy coating spread evenly.
- Allow the candy to harden before removing it from the pan.
- Repeat the process with the remaining melted bright white candy melts and M&Ms.
Serving
- Once your Easter Bunny Bark is ready, serve it right from the silicone pan or break it into pieces. Place the pieces in a decorative bowl or fill Easter baskets for a sweet surprise.
Storage
- To keep your Easter Bunny Bark fresh, store it in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
- For longer storage, refrigerate it, but let it come to room temperature before serving for the best texture.
Notes
Make sure the candy melts are completely melted for smooth piping. If you have leftover melted candy, pour it into a separate tray to create different shapes. You can also decorate the bark with sprinkles for an extra festive touch.
