  • 1 cup gluten-free 1:1 flour Ensure it's a gluten-free blend
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
Topping Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons Everything bagel seasoning
  • Olive oil spray For coating
  • Egg white or water For coating

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the gluten-free flour with baking powder and salt.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt and mix until you have a thick dough.
  3. Knead the dough until it is smooth, then form it into balls.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
Cooking
  1. Lightly spray the bagel balls with olive oil and coat them with Everything bagel seasoning.
  2. Cook the bagels in batches for 10-12 minutes, checking for doneness.
  3. Let them cool before serving.

Notes
