Ingredients
  

Dough Ingredients
  • 1 cup gluten-free 1:1 flour Make sure to measure correctly to avoid a dry or sticky dough.
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
Coating and Toppings
  • 2 tablespoons Everything bagel seasoning Use your favorite toppings.
  • Olive oil spray For coating the bagels.
  • Egg white or water For coating.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt to the bowl and mix until a thick dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough until a smooth ball forms.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Roll the dough into balls and coat each one with olive oil spray and Everything bagel seasoning.
  3. Place the bagels in the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, checking for doneness.
  4. Let them cool for 5 minutes, then serve with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Store leftover mini bagels in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days. For longer storage, wrap tightly and freeze. Thaw at room temperature or warm in the air fryer.
