- Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the pork chops.

- Sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the seared pork chops to a baking dish and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
