  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
Spice Mixture
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  3. Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the pork chops.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the seared pork chops to a baking dish and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serve with sides like mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, or a fresh salad. Drizzle with gravy or applesauce for added flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
