Preparation
- If the lobster tails are frozen, thaw them overnight in the fridge or submerge in cold water.
- Preheat your oven to Broil at 500°F (260°C).
- Cut down the center of the shell lengthwise and pry it open, pulling the lobster meat upwards. Place it on a baking sheet.
- Whisk together melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and cayenne in a bowl.
- Brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Broil for approximately 1 minute per ounce of tail weight until the meat is opaque and lightly browned.
Notes
Serve on a bed of saffron rice or alongside roasted asparagus. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days in the fridge.
