  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Can substitute with tamari for a gluten-free option.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking chicken and garlic.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Sauté until fragrant to enhance flavor.
  • to taste salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Toss in the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the zucchini slices to the skillet and stir fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Stir well to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For meal prep, this stir fry can be stored in the fridge for about 3-4 days. It also freezes well for up to 3 months. Adjust cooking time based on the size of chicken pieces.
