Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 6 large large eggs Using eggs that are at least a week old helps with peeling.
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 tablespoon pickled relish You can experiment with your favorite relishes.
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper To taste.

Method

Cooking the Eggs
  1. Cook the eggs using your preferred method (Instant Pot, air fryer, or stovetop). For the Instant Pot, add 1 cup of water, place the trivet, and cook in manual mode for 5 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally for another 5 minutes, then place eggs in an ice bath for 5 minutes.
Peeling and Preparing
  1. Tap each egg to peel and slice in half lengthwise, scooping the yolks into a bowl.
Making the Filling
  1. Mash the yolks and mix with mayo, mustard, relish, salt, and pepper until creamy.
Filling the Eggs
  1. Use a spoon to fill the egg whites with the mixture and add a little extra for appearance.
