  • 2 pieces lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 whole lemon, juiced
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • for garnish fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tail lengthwise.
  3. Gently pull the meat out and place it on top of the shell.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter, then mix in the garlic and lemon juice.
  5. Brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the meat is opaque.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Store cooked lobster tails in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze them for up to 3 months. When reheating, be careful not to overcook.
