Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tail lengthwise.
- Gently pull the meat out and place it on top of the shell.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter, then mix in the garlic and lemon juice.
- Brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the meat is opaque.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Store cooked lobster tails in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze them for up to 3 months. When reheating, be careful not to overcook.
