Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
Cooking
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the lemon juice and zest to the butter mixture, then season with salt and pepper.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with extra lemon wedges.
Notes
Leftovers keep well in the fridge for 2-3 days in an airtight container. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven before serving.
