  • 4 pieces pork chops Bone-in or boneless
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup Can substitute with cream of chicken
  • 1 cup chicken broth Low sodium recommended
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Can adjust based on taste
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust as desired
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For frying
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley Optional, for garnish

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chops and set them aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the condensed soup and chicken broth, stirring until combined.
  6. Return the pork chops to the skillet and cover.
  7. Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
  8. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or steamed vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. For added flavor, consider onions or mushrooms in the sauce.
