- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove the chops and set them aside.
- In the same skillet, add the condensed soup and chicken broth, stirring until combined.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet and cover.
- Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
