  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced Use fresh, ripe strawberries
  • 2 cups blueberries Fresh blueberries recommended
  • 2 cups kiwi, peeled and diced Choose ripe kiwis for best flavor
  • 2 cups pineapple, diced Fresh pineapple adds sweetness
  • 1 cup grapes, halved Any variety of grapes will work
Dressing Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup honey Adjust sweetness to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor
  • 1 zest lime Adds a vibrant citrus flavor

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, and grapes.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and lime zest.
  3. Drizzle the Honey Lime Dressing over the fruit and toss gently to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

To store leftover fruit salad, keep it in an airtight container in the fridge. Best eaten within 2 days. Add dressing just before serving to keep fruit fresh. Use fresh fruits for best taste and feel free to add nuts or granola for crunch.
