Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups pineapple, diced
  • 2 cups kiwi, sliced
  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed
Dressing
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
Garnish
  • to taste Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine all the fresh fruits.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until smooth.
  3. Drizzle the honey lime dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
  4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.

Notes

Use seasonal fruits for best flavor. You can also chill the fruits before mixing for an extra refreshing treat. To make it vegan, swap honey for agave syrup.
