  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Preparation
  1. In a slow cooker, place beef stew meat and halved baby potatoes.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Stir well.
  3. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef and potatoes in the slow cooker.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
