- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add the salmon fillets to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
- Serve the chicken and salmon with garlic butter drizzled over the top, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
Best served hot with a side of steamed vegetables or rice. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
