Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cooked lobster and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing to coat it in the sauce.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For best results, serve in a colorful bowl. This dish can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in a skillet, adding a splash of water or extra butter.
