Garlic Butter Mixture

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the lobster tails by cutting them down the center of the shell. This helps the flavors penetrate the meat.
  3. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
Making the Garlic Butter
  1. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the lobster tails, ensuring they’re generously coated.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to two days or frozen raw for up to three months. For added spiciness, consider adding cayenne pepper. Broiling for the last minute can create a beautifully golden top.
