  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter Melt for the garlic butter sauce.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Adjust according to your taste.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Adds brightness to the dish.

  • 4 pieces hot dog buns Lightly toasted for the best texture.

Method
 

Cooking the Lobster
  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the lobster tails and cook for about 8-10 minutes until cooked through. Remove the lobster and let cool.
Making the Garlic Butter
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the garlic butter mixture.
Assembling the Rolls
  1. Once the lobster has cooled, remove the meat from the tails and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Toss the lobster meat in the garlic butter mixture.
  3. Toast the hot dog buns in the skillet for a minute until golden brown.
  4. Fill each bun with the garlic butter lobster and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
