Cooking the Lobster
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the lobster tails and cook for about 8-10 minutes until cooked through. Remove the lobster and let cool.
Making the Garlic Butter
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the garlic butter mixture.
Assembling the Rolls
- Once the lobster has cooled, remove the meat from the tails and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss the lobster meat in the garlic butter mixture.
- Toast the hot dog buns in the skillet for a minute until golden brown.
- Fill each bun with the garlic butter lobster and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
