Preparation
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Cooking
- Once the oil is hot, add the pork chops to the pan.
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- In the last minute of cooking, add garlic butter to the skillet, spooning the melted butter over the chops.
- Remove from heat and let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
To store leftovers, place in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. For extra flavor, drizzle leftover garlic butter over the chops.
