Preparation
  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Cooking
  1. Once the oil is hot, add the pork chops to the pan.
  2. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. In the last minute of cooking, add garlic butter to the skillet, spooning the melted butter over the chops.
  4. Remove from heat and let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

To store leftovers, place in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. For extra flavor, drizzle leftover garlic butter over the chops.
