Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or New York strip), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 medium zucchini, cut into half-moons
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Garnish
  • optional Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels. Season them with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add steak bites to the hot skillet in a single layer. Sear for 1-2 minutes per side until browned. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  3. Add butter to the same skillet. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add zucchini to the skillet. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp.
  5. Return steak bites to the skillet. Toss everything together to coat with the garlic butter.
  6. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the steak is heated through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
