Preparation
  1. Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels. Season them with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cooking
  1. Add steak bites to the hot skillet in a single layer. Sear for 1-2 minutes per side until browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  2. Add butter to the same skillet. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the zucchini to the skillet. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp.
  4. Return the steak bites to the skillet. Toss everything together to coat with the garlic butter.
  5. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the steak is heated through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Tips: Choose ribeye or sirloin for the best flavor and tenderness. Sear in batches for a perfect crust. Additional ingredients like soy sauce or red pepper flakes can add flavor and a kick!
