Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb Pork Tenderloin
  • 4 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil (Extra virgin recommended)
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
  • 2 wedges Lemon

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by cutting the pork tenderloin into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and fresh thyme to create the marinade.
  3. Add the pork cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated pork.
  2. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and golden.
  3. Remove from heat, sprinkle chopped parsley over the top, and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Garlic Pork Bites are versatile and can be served as an appetizer, a main dish, or as part of a salad. The lemon wedges add a burst of freshness and flavor. To store leftovers, let them cool completely and place them in an airtight container; they can be kept in the refrigerator for up to three days.
