- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas and maple syrup, mixing well.
- Stir in the almond flour, oatmeal, baking soda, and salt until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Store leftover cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days, or in the fridge for longer storage. For freezing, use a freezer-safe bag for up to 3 months. For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg.
