Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Add the softened butter and cottage cheese to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.

  5. Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small round biscuits.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown on top.
