Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking
- Heat the olive oil in a hot skillet and sear the pork chops for 2 minutes on each side.
- Pour the butter mixture into the skillet and baste the pork chops with it.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10 to 14 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes, then spoon some butter over the top before serving.
