  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse the shrimp and pat them dry, then set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic, and stir well.
Cooking
  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  3. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the shrimp and stir until well-coated; cook for another 2 minutes.
Serving
  1. Serve the shrimp over rice or vegetables and drizzle with the remaining sauce.

Notes

Tips: Make sure to pat dry the shrimp for better searing. Customize your sauce with lemon juice or red pepper flakes for extra flavor. Do not overcook the shrimp!
