Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the butter, garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Carefully cut the lobster tails lengthwise, lifting the meat out while keeping it attached at the end.
- Brush the butter mixture onto the lobster meat, coating it well.
Cooking
- Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days or freeze them for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight before reheating. For a variation, add a splash of white wine to the butter mixture or substitute lobster tails with king oyster mushrooms for a vegan alternative.
