Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the butter, garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Carefully cut the lobster tails lengthwise, lifting the meat out while keeping it attached at the end.
  4. Brush the butter mixture onto the lobster meat, coating it well.
Cooking
  1. Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  2. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days or freeze them for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight before reheating. For a variation, add a splash of white wine to the butter mixture or substitute lobster tails with king oyster mushrooms for a vegan alternative.
