  • 4 pieces pork chops Bone-in or boneless
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, and olive oil to create the glaze.
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the pork chops to the pan.
  2. Cook the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
  3. Pour the honey garlic glaze over the pork chops during the last few minutes of cooking, letting it thicken slightly.
  4. Remove the pork chops from heat and garnish with chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

Serve Honey Garlic Pork Chops with rice or mashed potatoes to soak up the sauce. To store leftovers, let the pork chops cool completely and then place them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the skillet or microwave until heated through.
