  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined Fresh or frozen shrimp can be used; thaw if frozen.
  • 1/4 cup honey Adjust the amount for desired sweetness.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic is recommended for better flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste Season generously for better flavor.
  • Steamed rice or vegetables for serving Rice or veggies are recommended for serving.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil. Give it a good stir!
Cooking
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the shrimp and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the shrimp and cook for about 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp are cooked through and coated in the sauce.
  3. Serve it hot over steamed rice or alongside your favorite veggies.

Notes

For added flair, drizzle extra sauce on top and serve with chopsticks. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for 2 months. Reheat in a skillet to preserve flavors.
