- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the baby carrots and sauté for 5-7 minutes until they start to become tender.
- Drizzle the honey over the carrots and sprinkle with cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
- Continue to cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the carrots are well coated and caramelized.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
For added flavor, try using maple syrup instead of honey. If you want a bit of crunch, don’t overcook the carrots. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop, adding extra honey or butter if needed.
