Ingredients
  

Lobster Tails
  • 4 pieces lobster tails
Butter Mixture
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
Garnish
  • to taste fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center.
  3. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
Butter Mixture
  1. In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Generously brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
Baking
  1. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  2. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving.

Notes

Timing is key; keep an eye on those lobster tails to prevent overcooking! You can swap ghee or a vegan butter substitute instead of unsalted butter and add lemon zest for an extra touch.
