Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center.
- Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
Butter Mixture
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Generously brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
Baking
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving.
Notes
Timing is key; keep an eye on those lobster tails to prevent overcooking! You can swap ghee or a vegan butter substitute instead of unsalted butter and add lemon zest for an extra touch.
