Ingredients
  

For the Marinade
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
For the Chicken and Toppings
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  3. Remove from grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
Serving
  1. Top with diced avocado and fresh cilantro before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate longer and consider adding lime zest to the marinade. For a grilling alternative, use a grill pan or bake in the oven at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
