Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add in the cooked macaroni and lobster meat, mixing well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
