Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni Cook according to package instructions.
Cheese Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter Melt over medium heat.
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour For thickening the sauce.
  • 2 cups milk Gradually whisk into the mixture.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Use high-quality cheese for best flavor.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Mix into the sauce until melted.
Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped Fresh lobster is preferred.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Don't skip on the seasoning!
  • Breadcrumbs Optional for topping; consider mixing in Parmesan.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add in the cooked macaroni and lobster meat, mixing well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs if desired.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper or paprika for extra flavor. Store in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for 3 months.
