Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and stir in the minced garlic and lemon juice.
Cooking
- Cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise and gently pull the meat out to lay on top of the shell.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the meat is opaque.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Keep an eye on the cooking time; overcooked lobster is a culinary crime! Cooked lobster tails can be stored in the fridge for about 2-3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat gently in the oven.
