  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter Melted for brushing.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced For flavoring the butter.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Adjust to taste for added tang.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and stir in the minced garlic and lemon juice.
Cooking
  1. Cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise and gently pull the meat out to lay on top of the shell.
  2. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the meat is opaque.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Keep an eye on the cooking time; overcooked lobster is a culinary crime! Cooked lobster tails can be stored in the fridge for about 2-3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat gently in the oven.
